We especially cherish the cooking, all the food we serve is homemade and we prepare traditional Occitan dishes: Raviolos (special dumplings), Bagnet Vert (sauce of parsley, garlic, anchovy, breadcrumbs), la Brua’ (boiled potatoes with a fresh toma cheese and aioli sauce) , game and many more fanciful specialities from our territory.
The vegetables we use are organic and grow mainly in our garden. We can prepare a separate meal on demand in case of food intolerances, so as for our vegetarian and vegan guests.
The restaurant is open every day over the summer and upon reservation in the winter.
